The brief asks to create a commercial area tailored to teenagers between the ages of 13 and 18. Attempting to engage more specifically teenagers in the area of Aldgate and Whitechapel.

The building for the project is the Annex building which is part of the Calcutta campus of London Metropolitan University. The building is five stories.

The building went under refurbishment in 2015-2017 due to disuse and decay. The refurbishment enlarged the windows and new spaces for university course studios.
